Custom Orders
Do you take custom requests?
Yes! I offer custom hand-painted glassware, stickers, keychains, sublimation pieces, and more.Custom orders start with a Design Deposit listing under the Custom Orders section. Final pricing depends on complexity, materials, and time.
How long do custom orders take?
Turnaround time depends on the piece and my current queue.
Small customs: 1–2 weeks
Larger/more detailed pieces: 3–4 weeksRush orders may be available—just ask!
Shipping & Processing
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship items go out within 3–5 business days. Custom items have their own timelines, which are listed on each product page. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way!
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now, I only ship within the U.S.—but expanding is on my radar! If you're outside the U.S. and really have your eye on something, send me a message and we can see what’s possible.
Returns & Issues
What’s your return policy?
Because most items are handmade or custom, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Oh no—let’s fix that. Please send a photo of the damage along with your order number, and I’ll take care of a replacement or refund where appropriate.
